Ready to take your meat game to the next level? The Smoke Shop pit crew is launching its lineup of 2020 SMOKED BBQ classes with a two-day brisket intensive. On Friday, February 7th, join the pitmaster himself, Chef Andy Husbands, at Smoke Shop Assembly Row from 6:30 to 9:00pm to learn how to prep and smoke your own brisket, from butchering techniques to dry-rub recipes. You’ll learn the ins and outs of brisketry, plus you’ll get to enjoy s bourbon cocktail demo from the Beverage Director and a fried chicken dinner before retiring for the evening while your brisket rests in the smoker. Come back bright and early (11:00am to 1:00pm) on Saturday to blind-taste the class’s briskets and pick your favorite, learn to slice like a seasoned pro, and enjoy a brisket lunch with all the fixin’s from the Smoke Shop crew.
