On Tuesday, February 25th, Buttermilk & Bourbon is breaking out the beads for a Mardi Gras celebration to beat the band. Chef Jason Santos is honoring the proud New Orleans tradition with special menu items that’ll have you feeling like you’re right on Bourbon Street. Come join the fun between 5:00pm and midnight and dig into crawfish by the half pound steamed with beer and Cajun spices, then ruin your dinner with a King Cake ice cream cone (cake batter soft-serve with purple and green sprinkles) and some red hot gold beignets dusted in cinnamon sugar and topped with edible gold leaf.
