If you’re a little bit bourbon-obsessed, secure your spot at a special dinner with Preservation Distillery + Farms at Row 34 Burlington on Monday, March 27th. Chef-owner Jeremy Sewall and chef Isaac Reyes have put together a fab four-course dinner to show off the artisanal spirits from the Bardstown, Kentucky distillery, which is known for its old barrels and vintage bottles including Very Olde St Nick, Pure Antique, Rare Perfection, Wattie Boone, and Preservation Pot Distilled. Dinner kicks off at 6:00pm at the North Shore oyster and seafood mecca.
