Bastille Day Dinner at Bondir

Bondir Facebook

Spend la fête nationale with fellow francophiles at Bondir on Sunday, July 14th. Chef-owner Jason Bond is a lover of the European country — he studied charcuterie in Paris and journeyed across France to fully soak up fromage knowledge — and now he’s turning his Cambridge eatery into a bistro for just one evening, all in honor of Bastille Day. His affinity towards using locally sourced ingredients from nearby farms & fisheries will bring a New England spin to the French dishes, each of which is paired with a wine from M. Chapoutier made in the Rhône region. Spots are limited for dinner, which costs $72 per person not including tax & gratuity. Reservations are available between 5:00 and 10:00pm; call 617.661.0009 or book online. Curious who else might be there? See who’s going on Facebook.
