If you know, you know…Bon Ami weekly pop up dinners at 80 Thoreau in Concord are the place to be on Monday nights. Created by husband-and-wife duo, Gavin Lambert and Rachel Amiralian, the supper club features five-course, of-the-moment, prix fixe tasting menu experiences in the historic Concord Depot dining room (which is normally closed on Monday nights).

Each week there’s a new menu (wine and beverage pairings are optional and extra) based on what’s locally available in season, including produce, proteins and seafood, many of which are sourced from Applefield Farm in Stow.

Dinners generally start at 6:00pm and include bread and an amuse bouche, and any foodie west of the city won’t want to miss a morsel – get yourself on the invite list here and give them a follow on IG if you want menu sneak peeks. Get ready to make Mondays your new favorite night of the week.
