Whiskey Dinner at Blue Owl

Blue Owl, the chill, industrial-chic rooftop bar at 907 Main, is hosting its first whiskey dinner this month. Make your way to the boutique Central Square hotel on Thursday, March 10th to enjoy a four-course tasting menu from executive chef Justin Urso with cocktail pairings courtesy of beverage manager Molli Rohland. The night will be filled with sweeping views of Cambridge, good food, good drinks, and all things whiskey-ish thanks to American Whiskey Ambassador Tim Heuisler, who came up behind the bar and as general manager of renowned whiskey bar, Time, in Philly before signing on as as the East Coast American Whiskey Ambassador with Beam Suntory.
