Newly appointed cooker/culinary director Dave Nevins and chef de cuisine Johnny Burke are keeping it real at The Biltmore Bar & Grille with Blue Collar BBQ on Monday, July 1st. The dinner, which is actually part of a monthly series, will feature an all American menu paired with some classic American suds like Schlitz, PBR, Bud Heavy, and a couple beers to be named later. The five-course menu, chock full of inventive takes on classics like kabobs, burgers and ribs, costs $45 per person (not including tax or gratuity) and starts at 7:00pm.
