Beef & Beer Slow Food-Style at 606 Congress

Teaming up with Slow Food and his local neighborhood brewer, which just so happens to be Harpoon, chef Gregory Griffie will be hosting a Beef & Beer dinner at 606 Congress. Having sourced a Vermont-raised grass-fed steer from the folks at Hardwick Beef & Prima Provisions, Griffie will be building a four-course menu of meaty deliciousness with courses like shredded beef empanadas and oxtail ragout. The team from Harpoon will be tasked with pairing brews that can stand up to the rich flavors and bring out the best in each dish. Seats for the February 24th dinner are in short supply – just 24 – and the price is right – just $45 – so get all the details and get in on the fun through the Slow Food website.
