Teaming up with Slow Food and his local neighborhood brewer, which just so happens to be Harpoon, chef Gregory Griffie will be hosting a Beef & Beer dinner at 606 Congress. Having sourced a Vermont-raised grass-fed steer from the folks at Hardwick Beef & Prima Provisions, Griffie will be building a four-course menu of meaty deliciousness with courses like shredded beef empanadas and oxtail ragout.
