On Saturday, November 18th, join Chillingsworth in Brewster on Cape Cod for an evening celebrating the seasonal release of Beaujolais Nouveau, with an evening of delicious wine and “country French” cuisine. The night starts with a 6:30pm reception pouring the 2017 George DuBoeuf Beaujolais Nouveau alongside passed hors d’oeuvres, followed by a multi-course dinner paired with selected Beaujolais wines. Enjoy your 2015 Saint Veran Louis Latour with a trio of oysters and a 2014 Moulin a Vent Georges DuBoeuf with a roasted rack of lamb.
