Chefs Joanne Chang and Andy Husbands have joined forces once again for their weekly to-go pop-up. They’re collaborating on another two-fer of a menu, available on Saturday, May 16th at the Seaport location of The Smoke Shop. Snag your smoked meats and your sweets asap (before they sell out!!) on The Smoke Shop’s website (where you can also scoop up gift cards and cookbooks and make donations to the their staff fund). The packages are designed for 4-6 people with leftovers factored in but if you play your cards right you can have a weekend full of ribs, wings, pork belly burnt ends and/or lemon scones and oatmeal raisin cookies from Flour.
