A whole lot of craft cocktails are coming to Central Square for PAGU‘s next Guest Bartender Pop-Up Series. On Monday, May 1st from 5:00-10:00pm, James DeFoor is coming from New York and bringing lots of fun drinks to the Japanese tapas restaurant. With 8 years of experience learning hospitality, the cocktail craft and how to design cohesive menus, DeFoor has worked for a number of New York bars, but currently works for Hawksmoor NYC, an award-winning steakhouse and cocktail bar. You can also find him in the bar consulting scene where he’s most recently worked with Alejandro’s Mexican Restaurant in Monterey, California.
