The collaborative and fun-loving folks at Shy Bird are gearing up for another guest chef appearance at their South Boston location on Tuesday, April 9th. This time around, Chefs Trevor Kunk and Chandler Femiano will be welcoming Chef Colin Lynch and Beverage Director Ryan Lotz of Bar Mezzana (and also Black Lamb and Shore Leave) for an evening of coastal Italian eats. There’ll be cocktails and by-the-glass wines to accompany springy dishes like asparagus and pea salad, cacio e pepe arancini and tuna crudo with spring onion, Meyer lemon and crispy garlic.
