Pio Cesare Wine Dinner

Pio Cesare Facebook

When sommeliers and chefs put their heads together, delicious things happen. On Thursday, April 25th, join Bar Boulud for a wine dinner built around one of Italy’s most celebrated and historic vineyards. Pio Cesare grows its grapes right on the Roman Ruins of Alba, and Sommelier Jaimie Puckett will take you on a historic tour in your glass while you enjoy a special tasting menu designed by Executive Chef Brian Arruda. Get things started with a 2017 Gavi alongside canapés while you mingle, then take your seat for four courses featuring fresh spring ingredients and four wines from delicate Dolcetto to powerhouse Barolo. Tickets are $168 for this exclusive dinner; peep the particulars and get in on the action here.
