The big flavors of Burgundy land in Boston on Friday, September 30th. Bar Boulud dedicates an evening to the famed wine region and its knockout Pinot Noirs, Chardonnays and Beaujolais with a four-course prix fixe. Chef de cuisine Michael Denk and pastry chef Robert Differ are preparing seasonal dishes like goat cheese ravioli and boeuf bourguignon to be matched by sommelier David Bérubé’s chosen pours. The Burgundian adventure takes place from 6:30-9:30pm and the full menu (including wines) is available for $95 per person. Call 617.535.8800 for reservations.
