On Thursday, September 27th, the folks from The Café at Taj Boston are cellar-bound for another of their fabulous monthly wine dinners. This time around they’ll be pouring the wines of Pio Cesare (Cortese Di Gavi, Barbera, Dolcetto D’Alba and Barolo) for their guests, who will get to enjoy a glass (at 6:30pm) at the cellar reception before moving upstairs for a four-course dinner from chef Michael Mandato.
