BRINE in Newburyport pulls out all the stops every winter with their Culinary Opus dinner events, featuring fifteen courses from one of the restaurant group’s talented chefs and paired with wine hand-picked by Wine Director (and owner) Nancy Batista-Caswell. On Thursday, January 25th, the restaurant will be closed for regular service to serve Executive Chef Paul Callahan’s Opus menu, a no holds-barred display of his culinary talents not bound to a particular concept or theme. The event starts at 7:00pm, and feel free to grab a drink from the bar while you mingle. Tickets are $130, and there are only 40 seats available for the event. Because of the curated nature of the menu (and the fact that it’s a secret until the night of), no substitutions will be allowed. But with so many courses, skipping one won’t ruin your dinner.
