After a hiatus and a bit of a regrouping, Blu Restaurant is back on BostonChefs.com. With Boston native Kathleen Smith in the kitchen, the menu at this Theater District/Downtown restaurant is revitalized- much like its host neighborhood, which is poised (especially with the recent refurbishment of the nearby Paramount Theater) for a comeback of its own.
