Get all your marathon weekend plans squared away at OAK Long Bar in the Fairmont Hotel. Located just beyond the finish line, OAK is gearing up for a busy weekend with lots of special offerings.
Get in the marathon spirit starting Monday, April 10th with a Mile 27 cocktail made with the Samuel Adams 26.2 Brew, vodka, orange and mint. If you’re running the race, you can start carbo-loading with two pasta specials available Thursday, April 13th through Monday, April 17th — a short rib bolognese and a wild mushroom pappardelle.
In addition to their in-restaurant specials, this year OAK Long Bar is the new food provider of the Samuel Adams Run Pub. The marathon-themed beer garden will be located at the intersection of Boylston and Dartmouth Street and serve up the Samuel Adams 26.2 Brew along with special menu items from OAK, like lobster rolls, caprese on focaccia and smoked heirloom potato salad. The beer garden is open Friday, April 14th 3:00-8:00pm, Saturday, April 15th 12:00-8:00pm and Sunday, April 16th 12:00-4:00pm, so you can enjoy all the marathon weekend festivities, play games and partake in athlete meet and greets.
