In preparation for 128th Boston Marathon on Monday, April 15th, LUCIE Drink + Dine is offering a special menu all weekend long to help you carbo-load and celebrate the start of spring. From Friday, April 12th through Monday, April 15th, chef Nicholas Calias will be serving up a selection of delicious pasta dishes like Porcini Mushroom Tortellini packed with flavor and protein as well as lighter fare like Halibut Piccata with a focus on fresh ingredients. For those craving something fortifying-yet-decadent, the Ricotta Gnocchi with Lump Crab offers a satisfying mix of sweetness and carbs, while the Blackened Shrimp and Chicken Sausage Jambalaya provides a flavorful and filling combination of protein, healthy fats, and both brown and cauliflower rice.
