Add a little culinary intrigue to your normal Thursday night routine – on February 19th, Tosca will welcome Ed Sbragia from Beringer & Sbragia Family Vineyards for another of their nearly infamous wine dinners. Chef Kevin Long will be working hard to prepare a five course meal complete with raw bar reception to compliment each one of the evening’s chosen bottles. The evening, which costs $115 per person, begins at 6:30pm with the aforementioned raw bar reception, followed by the main event shortly thereafter.
