Puritan & Co. is opening their dining room to the public — that’s you! — starting Thursday, April 1st (and no it’s not an April Fools’ joke). Chef-owner Will Gilson is welcoming diners back to his OG restaurant in Inman Square for the first time in four months. If you’ve been missing the urban farmhouse and patio vibes, reserve a spot online here and be among the first to welcome them back (with a socially distanced air-hug).

If you’re still not up for eating inside, you can snag a seat on their patio for an al fresco meal from their new menu, which features goodies like orecchiette with spring lamb ragù and chili breadcrumbs, seafood cavatelli filled with lobster, scallops and squid, along with their bar menu of double-fried wings and grilled 8oz burger topped with bacon jam, gruyere, pickles and that special sauce you dream of.

The beloved Cambridge eatery is open Wednesday-Sunday from 4:00pm-10:00pm so book your table or get your order in online to-go (they’re still doing take-out and delivery, too) and celebrate their return.
