Sip your way through lessons on the best bottles featuring sparkling wine, champagne and other bubblies – Meritage invites guests for a special wine class and tasting at their waterfront location on Saturday, July 23rd. The master class will have you explore three flights of three different wines, each paired with small bites to better help soak up knowledge under tutelage of wine director Nicholas Daddona. A pre-class reception (complete with locally-grown wine served) kicks off festivities at 3:30pm and, for those interested, the class will be followed by a five-course tasting menu prepared by wine pairing veteran chef Daniel Bruce.
