For $55 you can dig into a variety of classic nibbles like pan con tomate, matrimonio of Cantabrian anchovies, crispy salt cod croquetas and Galician octopus, plus there are sips of gin & tonic, Lustau Manzanilla Sherry, or your choice of a crisp white wine from Txakoli or an earthy Rioja to wash it all down.
