Row 34s Jeremy Sewall has pulled together a collection of more than 120 recipes in another glorious fish- and shellfish-filled tome, The Row 34 Cookbook: Stories and Recipes from a Neighborhood Oyster Bar, available starting Tuesday, October 12th. Sewall, a champion of regional seafood and those who raise and/or catch it, celebrates New England’s diverse flavors with an array of reinterpreted classics, cooking techniques (link smoked and cured preparations), “how-to” instructions (finally learn how the chefs buy seafood), along with rich storytelling and profiles from fishmongers and fisherman. This book is a great way to up your game in the kitchen or give as a gift to the seafood lover in your life and support local culinary masters.

Before the cookbook hits the shelves, you can taste some of the recipe highlights at all three Row 34 locations (Boston, Burlington, and Portsmouth) from Wednesday, October 6th until the end of the month. In addition to the regular menu, Sewall will be adding specials (plucked from the pages) like Acadian redfish ceviche with roasted jalapeño and lime, saison-steamed littlenecks with parsley butter and the classic Angels on Horseback with grain mustard aioli.
