Come Wednesday, September 16th you can have all the roast beef and seafood your heart (and your mouth) desires at the new Time Out Market outpost of Cusser’s Roast Beef & Seafood. Helmed by chef-owner Carolyn Johnson (also of Mooncusser Fish House in the Back Bay and Concord’s 80 Thoreau), Cusser’s started out as a take-out window at Mooncusser back in 2018, with a menu of iconic New England dishes like roast beef sandwiches, lobster rolls, fish & chips and seafood chowder – all with their own unique little twists.
Now, visitors to the Fenway’s bright and shiny food hall will be able to try Johnson’s versions of these nebu mainstays: the classic North Shore roast beef sandwich made with shaved Wagyu eye rounds, traditional lobster rolls (hot and cold) served on house-made, split-top potato rolls, and her pescatarian-friendly chowder made with smoked scallops instead of bacon.
Their greatest hits menu (included below) is no joke — check it out and get over to Time Out Market Wednesdays & Thursdays from 5:00-9:00pm, Fridays from 5:00-10:00pm, Saturdays from 9:00am-10:00pm and Sundays from 9:00am-9:00pm.
