Just cause you’re not hitting up your usual 4th of July destination this year, doesn’t mean you can’t plan yourself a delicious celebration. Urban Hearth has added some festive BBQ Boxes to their take-out options so you can focus on fireworks or family (or both). There are a limited number to be had, so get your order in before Wednesday, July 1st and you can be sitting pretty with a feast of grill-ready short ribs and cedar planked-salmon, broccoli slaw, smashed smoky potatoes and rolls. Packages cost $140 (for two people) or $210 (for four people) though there are add-ons if you want to beef up your order with a watermelon Aperol spritz kit or lager-steamed peel and eat shrimp. Place your order online and they’ll have everything ready for you to pick-up on Thursday, July 2nd or Friday, July 3rd.
