Drinks always taste better when they’re for a good cause. Throughout the month of August, the UNI, Toro and Little Donkey restaurant family is featuring a specialty cocktail to benefit The Jimmy Fund, in honor of Todd Schwartz, a friend of the UNI team who passed away from cancer at age 19. So belly up to the bar and order a Snoop Todd – a floral, lightly-spiced tequila concoction with raspberry, lime juice and ginger syrup for $13. A portion of the proceeds ($5) from every drink will go straight to the charity.
