Sign on for one of the intimate and educational classes at Stir, Barbara Lynch’s cookbook shop/cooking studio, to take your armchair travel, not to mention your dinner, to a whole new level. Lynch and company explore all sorts of subjects from steakhouse classics to Oktoberfest to the food and drink of Singapore. They also regularly turn their culinary attention to a tome of their choosing for cookbook-themed dinners like the one on September 15th which includes a closer look (and a menu) from Food & Beer by Daniel Burns and Jeppe Jarnit-Bjergso. Since there are only ten seats in the studio, classes do tend to sell out quickly but you can peruse some of your September options here or sign up for email notifications here to be among the first to know about the upcoming schedule.
