Julia Child, chef, cookbook author, television personality and source of endless culinary inspiration, would be celebrating her 100th birthday on Wednesday, August 15th. In loving tribute, chefs across the country – especially Boston where the bi-coastal cooker spent half her time and filmed The French Chef – will be honoring her in all sorts of delicious ways.
