Seasonal Tribute to Squash

Squash is in the spotlight at Asana this month on the Seasonal Taste menu. Chef Damian Zedower purees, spices and turns it into soup on the four-course prix fixe, which features dishes like kabocha squash soup; and venison tenderloin with spiced acorn squash. Pastry chef Nelson Paz adds his own finishing touches with a caramelized pumpkin chiboust. This especially autumnal menu costs $58 per person (or $89 with wine pairings).
