From Farm-to-Table and Back to Farm

Take your obsession with farm-to-table cooking to the next level this summer – join some of Boston’s brightest culinary stars as they hit the road, head for the fields and host dinners at area farms.

Sign on for one of the upcoming dinners in the Smolak Farms Whim Dinner Series and you can enjoy dinner from Bondir‘s Jason Bond or Tryst‘s Paul Turano, while raising funds for a charity of the chef’s choosing.

Throughout the summer, chef-owner Frank McClelland calls on the talented chefs at L’Espalier and all three Sel de la Terre locations for the Seasonal Dinner Series at Apple Street Farm in Essex, Massachusetts.

Harvest chef Mary Dumont returns to her former stomping grounds – and brings chefs like Will Gilson and Daniel Dumont (her brother) with her – for a trio of dinners at Applecrest Farms in Hampton Falls, New Hampshire.
