Cooking Classes for the New Year at the BCAE

If you’re trying to settle on a new year’s resolution, resolve to cook like a top tier chef come 2011 – the Boston Center for Adult Education can help. Starting in January, the BCAE is expanding their culinary program and enlisting the help of Boston’s most talented chefs. That means you’ll get to rub elbows with the likes of Jody Adams of Rialto, Nicole Coady of Finale, Michael Scelfo of Russell House Tavern and Gordon Hamersley of Hamersley’s Bistro, each of whom will be teaching interactive, hands-on cooking classes in the BCAE’s state-of-the-art kitchen facilities. Take a peek through the upcoming schedule (note: classes pretty consistently take place in the evening but range in price from $55-70 per person) and see whose cooking you’d like to incorporate into your own repertoire. Registration is required but you can do it online or via phone (617.267.4430).
