Now that he’s all settled in the kitchen, newly appointed chef Joe Guarino revives Red Rock Bistro‘s popular monthly special schedule. His inaugural special, available for lunch during the entire month of August, is slow-roasted pork loin with sweet corn risotto, little neck clams and pan jus. Like his predecessor, Guarino has priced the plate at $10 and is making it available Monday through Saturday from 11:30am until 3:00pm.
