The folks at Portsmouth’s Pesce Blue have just wrapped up their bar renovations and they want you to help them celebrate. Pull up a stool and indulge in chef James Walter‘s new bar menu complete with small plates, pasta, salads and even their signature Carne Rosso Sirloin burger. And, just to sweeten the deal they’ll throw in a happy hour special (yes, they’re allowed to have them in New Hampshire) – all small plates will be half price every Sunday through Thursday from 5:00 to 7:00pm.
