The onetime Culinary Director of Rustic Kitchen and former chef of North End faves Bricco and Carmen, returns from a stint in the ‘burbs to open Pazzo Restaurant & Bar right in the Back Bay. Sister restaurant to Newbury Street neighbor, Tapeo, and the North End’s much-loved Bacco, Pazzo’s name translates to “crazy” in Italian – but there’s nothing even a little bit unbalanced about the menu, which features simple and delicious Italian cuisine as well as a unique Carpaccio menu.
