Spring Has Sprung at Sensing

Chef Gerard Barbin welcomes spring to Boston’s waterfront with a new menu at Sensing and a chance to win the Ultimate Date Night. Worth coming out of hibernation for, the new menu, which debuts on Monday, April 6th, puts the first culinary signs of spring to good use in a brand new Snacking Platter and dishes like pea and lemongrass soup with a parmesan foam; and green risotto with fava, asparagus and spinach. April diners will be entered to win a weekly one night stay at the Fairmont Battery Wharf from May 9th through the end of the year so you and your sweetie can plan regular getaways (just so you know: the prize is non-transferable, has no cash value and is subject to availability).
