Chef de cuisine Adam Fuller’s unveils his and ideal-for-early-evening-grazing Sand Dollar Menu at Great Bay. The after work snack menu, available Monday through Friday from 5:00-6:00pm, features nibbles like spicy fish tacos with roasted corn, tomatillo and scallion; salmon sashimi slice with shiso sauce; and lobster and shrimp dumplings with ginger, scallion and garlic – all for $1 each.
