Nothing brings people together like noodles, and on Sunday, March 31st, they’re uniting two very different cuisines as Pammy’s hosts their first collaboration dinner with the Porter Exchange udon noodle shop Yume Ga Arukara. In five courses, you’ll make multiple stops on a journey between Italy and Southeast Asia brought to you by two chefs, Chris Willis and Tomohiro Shinoda, that share a love for exploring culture through food (and homemade noodles). There will be an optional wine and sake pairing choreographed by Pammy’s GM and Wine Director Lauren Hayes, and Bar Manager Rich Andreoli has crafted a list of Japanese-inspired cocktails available a la carte at the bar.
