Wining and Dining, Italian Style

On Monday, November 21st, the folks at Alta Strada welcome Italian wine specialist Ciro Perone to join them for a fabulous five-course menu from chef Matt DiBiccari. On the evening’s $85 prix fixe – porchetta tonatta with watercress and capers; and veal mezzalune with sage brown butter, cherry tomato and ricotta salada.
