The Wines of Veneto Come to Southborough

On Friday, June 20th, the venerable Southborough restaurant hosts Parolvini, one of the top wine producers in the northeast of Italy. Consulting executive chef Bill Bradley will be pairing five courses with wines chosen by winemaker Giuliano Parolin for the dinner, which begins at 7:00pm with an oysters and Prosecco followed by deliciousness like fried perch with white polenta and roasted lamb loin with peas and mint.
