On Tuesday, November 14th, the Italian hotspot is partnering with Christian Trotta of Fantasy Wines for a five-course dinner featuring wines from the Piedmontese powerhouse Marco Bonafonte. Chef Pino Maffeo is keeping things regional with dishes like wild mushroom papardelle with fresh truffle alongside a 2014 Langhe Nebbiolo, and braised short rib with fresh truffle polenta accompanied by Bonafante’s bold 2012 Barolo.
