The wine-loving duo behind Forage, chef Eric Cooper and owner/sommelier Stan Hilbert, are making their weekly wine dinner available for pick-up and on-site outdoor dining this week. On Thursday, July 2nd, Hilbert will be welcoming guests to join him on the brand new (and very picturesque) patio at the Cambridge restaurant for a five-course menu paired with 2019 St Amour, Isabelle & Bruno Perraud, Beaujolais. For oenophiles who’d prefer to eat (and drink) at home, Hilbert is happy to pack everything up for you to pick up, too. Have a look at the menu below; the meal, which comes in omnivore and vegetarian versions and can be accompanied by optional cheese and dessert courses, costs $120 for take-out and $160 for on-site dining (that’s per couple). See what’s in store then place your take-out order online here or make your reservation online here.
