After taking a couple weeks off, L’Espalier’s popular Wine Monday Series is back in full swing this fall. The evenings feature some spectacular wines from across the globe as paired with award-winning French-New England cuisine from chef Frank McClelland. Sommelier Erik Johnson provides guests with an informative wine briefing during the meal and detailed descriptions of each wine. Wine Mondays begin at 7:00pm and cost $50 per person. L’Espalier has also announced the next two installments of their monthly homage to fromage, Cheese Tuesdays. Chef McClelland and fromager Louis Risoli will be welcoming award-winning cheesemakers to host each special evening of cheese education. Each evening will include a four-course dinner with a different wine paired with each course. The fourth course will be a grand cheese tasting selected by the featured guest. These evenings cost $55 per person and begin at 7:00pm.
