What’s Good for the Goose…

is good for the diner during Boston Beer Week. From March 8th through March 14th, chef Jason Santos will be serving a special prix fixe paired with brews from the Windy City-based brewery. Available in addition to the regular menu, the three-course menu costs $50 per person, which covers both food and drink. And it gets even better – on March 15th, Goose Island assumes control of Blue Inc.’s cozy corner of the Financial District with a tap (and, apparently, kitchen) takeover. At two servings (6:30 and 8:30pm) they’ll be serving a four-course menu, complete with beer pairings and a swag bag full of goodies.
