On Sunday, April 22nd, Chiara in Westwood is hosting a five-course wine dinner, bringing wine from Burgess Cellars all the way from Napa and owner Steven Burgess along with them. Book a table at 6:00pm to sit down to pairings like Maine lobster and seared day boat scallop in a red curry coconut broth with 2015 Burnside Chardonnay. Nobody knows these grapes better than Mr. Burgess—he’s also the winery’s vintner—and he’ll talk you through every tasting note as your dining journey continues with house-made duck prosciutto, tellicherry pepper-encrusted veal, and cedar-smoked lamb loin.
