Every Wednesday evening (except when there’s a wine dinner), new Wine Director Shane Lessard offers a unique tasting opportunity at UpStairs on the Square. Guests can explore up to five wines matched with tasting plates prepared by chef de cuisine Susan Regis. Space is limited to 30 people, all of whom will be seated at communal tables to facilitate lively discussion generated by Shane’s in-depth tasting comments.
