For the next stop on their Tour de France wine dinner series, the team at Petit Robert Bistro will be taking a spin through Loire Valley. Book your spot and be in your seat in their tres chic South End dining room between 4:30 and 10:00pm on Wednesday, April 10th to partake of this memorable evening of culinary delights. The team will be showcasing the intricate flavors of wines from the region – crisp Chardonnays as well as expressive Pinot Noirs – complemented by a delightful three-course meal that includes dishes like wild boar rillette with multigrain toast & cornichons, and pan-seared black bass with white asparagus en tournant, celery root purée & port wine glaze.
