On Tuesday, March 25th, Crawley gets fancy with familiar favorites chicken, steak and chocolate in dishes like mojito chicken; flatiron steak with pipérade, classic duchesse potatoes and sauce chasseur; and dark chocolate gateau in sour cherry soup with Kirschwasser.
