Chef Kevin Crawley breathes new life into some standard staples in his upcoming food and wine tutorial at Coriander Bistro. On Tuesday, March 25th, Crawley gets fancy with familiar favorites chicken, steak and chocolate in dishes like mojito chicken; flatiron steak with pipérade, classic duchesse potatoes and sauce chasseur; and dark chocolate gateau in sour cherry soup with Kirschwasser.
