Umbrian Exploration at Marco

On Tuesday, November 11th, Chef Marc Orfaly takes a walk on the Umbrian side with a five-course dinner highlighting some select wines from this central Italian region. Make your way to Marco to see which bottle inspired pan roasted squab with truffled mushroom ravioli; or which one Orfaly picked to accompany roasted suckling pig with currants and pine nuts.
