Two Bubbly Pop-Ups

The folks at Catalyst are putting their dining room into hibernation for the winter but you can still enjoy their exquisite fare and wine wisdom by way of their on-going pop-up experiences. To kick off the series, sommelier Matthew Demma is breaking out the bubbly at two back-to-back Champagne dinners in collaboration with Federal Wine & Spirits. Both evenings will include an eight wine tasting with reps from the featured houses followed by a two-wine, two-course menu from chef William Kovel. The dinners start at 7:00pm and cost $99 per person.

Read on to see which dinner speaks to you – are you in the mood for Louis Roederer and Philipponnat on Friday, December 4th or does the Duetz and Pol Roger dinner on Saturday, December 5th sound more like your thing? Keep in mind, there’s no reason you can’t do both. Email Demma directly at matthew.demma@catalystrestaurant.com for reservations or if you need more information to help you decide.
